For ecosystem partners
Offer your integrations to Riptide customers
Offer data, verification, pricing, or demand integrations to Riptide customers. Publish your plugin with its price and requirements so eligible accounts can discover and install it.
Customers can see your plugin's fee in the delivery record alongside the other services that contributed to the impression.
Services customers can add
Customers can add your data, checks, pricing logic, or demand to their ad operations. The integration depends on when your service runs and what it returns.
Data and enrichment
Add first-party or partner signals before the auction, subject to the customer's privacy settings.
Models and optimization
Build pricing plugins or test decision models against Riptide's default rules. Models use a separate registration and approval process.
Verification and brand safety
Provide supply and creative checks through Riptide's verification integrations, with results operators can review.
Reporting and demand access
Build reporting tools from the catalog of available fields, or package demand access with published pricing and terms.
From listing to settlement
1. List
Publish your plugin with pricing, trust requirements, and test results verified by an operator. Eligible customers can find it in the marketplace.
2. Install
A customer installs the plugin in their account. It becomes available to serving after the next configuration update.
3. Track usage
Charge per call, per impression your plugin helps deliver, by monthly subscription, or as a share of the associated media spend.
4. Settle
Riptide invoices the customer and issues your settlement statement, showing gross earnings, the platform's share, and your net earnings.
Choose how your service connects
Plugins run during ad delivery, decision models have their own registry, and reporting tools use the export APIs. The plugin overview and extension guide explain how to set up each integration.
| Your service | How it connects |
|---|---|
| Decision models | Model registry, with default rules if a model fails |
| Enrichment | Request enrichment before the auction |
| Verification | Supply and creative verification integrations |
| Reporting | Reporting catalog and export APIs |
| Demand access | Demand routes and capacity listings |
Pricing and earnings
Set the pricing model for your plugin and publish the terms customers will pay. Riptide handles customer invoicing and issues your vendor settlement statement.
The default platform share is 15% of vendor revenue, unless your agreement sets a different rate. Your statement shows gross earnings, the platform share, and the amount due to you.
Testing, approval, and account access
- Compatibility testing. Before publication, an operator must run and review the plugin's conformance tests and record a verified passing result.
- Trust requirements. Marketplace discovery and partner connections depend on configured trust policies and available reputation data.
- Model approval. Decision models register separately from marketplace plugins. Start in shadow mode and provide measured results before an operator approves broader use.
- Isolation. Third-party plugins run in separate services and receive only the data permitted for the customer's account.
What you need to get started
You can build and host plugins, register decision models, and use the listing, installation, delivery-record, and settlement APIs. Access depends on your account's role and enabled features.
Before publishing, deploy your service, complete operator-verified testing, and agree on partner terms. Settlement also requires the operator to configure billing and settlement services. Use the installation guide to check the host setup your integration needs and the working examples to test the request and response formats before connecting your service.
