Who writes and reviews
Riptide publishes its own product and engineering guides. We use AI tools to help research, draft, and review articles. The byline identifies the publishing team; the review line identifies the person or tool that performed the documented review. An automated review is described as such and does not imply a human expert reviewed the article.
What supports a claim
Product statements are checked against Riptide’s current documentation and implementation. Protocol explanations link to primary specifications where useful. An implemented feature, a test result, and a production guarantee are different claims. We describe the relevant limitations and label hypothetical examples.
We do not invent customers, quotations, performance results, certifications, or search statistics. A benchmark needs its workload, environment, date, and method. Pricing links to the current pricing page.
Publication and updates
Articles pass an editorial review and site checks before release. Each article shows its publication date, latest substantive update when applicable, and sources with the date they were checked. We review guides again when product behavior or referenced standards change. Changing a date alone does not count as an update.
Our commercial perspective
Riptide sells an advertising platform. Our guides explain when its capabilities may help, the work operators still own, and the evidence to request before choosing a platform. A recommendation to evaluate Riptide is our own commercial recommendation.
Corrections
Send a correction with the article URL, the disputed claim, and supporting evidence. We check the report and amend or remove inaccurate content. Material corrections are explained in the article.
